Your wellness is our number one priority. We provide direct primary care to members that is truly preventative. We get to know you and provide personalized guidance to improve your health. Our appointments last as long as you’d like, typically 30-60 minutes, so we can work together to help you achieve your health goals.

Chronic disease management

You deserve to live a fuller and healthier life free from the burdens of excessive medical interventions. While medicines are effective, they are often costly and come with side effects. We provide education and support that empowers you to take control of your health and implement lifestyle changes that help you prevent and reverse chronic disease.

We offer same and next-day appointments to address urgent issues right away with your primary care provider. Say goodbye to expensive trips to the ER or urgent care! We encourage members to reach out with any concerns, big or small. You can message directly with your provider when and where you need to at no extra cost.

We offer virtual and in-office appointments to fit your busy schedule. You shouldn’t have to take time off work to stay healthy. You can call, text, or video chat with your primary care provider instead of waiting weeks or months for an appointment. We take a limited number of patients to ensure we are available when you need us.

Onsite labs and exclusive discounts

We offer onsite testing, lab work, and discounts when you pay cash for services. Patients with high-deductible plans can save money by paying cash for lab work. We are able to charge far less for care when not billing insurance.

Health coaching

Our members enjoy the added benefit of partnering with a primary care provider who cares deeply about your overall health and well-being. With health coaching, you get one-on-one, personalized support and guidance to help you improve your overall health. We take time to evaluate your current lifestyle and help you implement changes in your daily life that help you reach your goals.

Women’s health

We provide various women's health services, such as help for period problems and PCOS, routine gynecological care like pap smears and pelvic exams, STI testing, pregnancy tests, and throat swabs.

In-office formulary medications (members only)

We offer a list of low cost generic medications for our clinic members. Members with traditional insurance can still use their pharmacy of choice if desired. Most members will find significant savings by partnering with our practice for discounted medications and supplements.

Men’s health

We give you the time and space to address male concerns such as hormonal imbalance, low libido, or erectile dysfunction. Members can choose between in-office or virtual visits based on their comfort level and scheduling needs. We’re here to provide care in a safe, welcoming environment at all stages of life.

Weight management

We take time to understand your unique struggles so we can work together to make informed decisions that support your goals. We offer GLP-1 injections and provide medical monitoring throughout your treatment course.
